Production discription:
WQ non-clogging sewage submersible pump is a newly developed pump which is good at energy-saving, anti-winding, no-clog, automatic installation and automatic control. The pump is excellent in transporting water with solid-particles and long fiber contained.The bearing is permanently lubricated bearing which is long term use without maintenance.
Applications:
Used for industrial builing, agraculture, municipal works, mine construction works, and drain off the sewage, waste water, living water, irragation-drainage water containing some solids, like short fiber, paper powder, silt...
Applicaiton conditions:
To keep the pump working orderly:
1. keep medium a PH of 4-10.
Liquid temperature up to 40 degree Centigrade, density 1150kg/m3, viscosity of 1000CP
2.The volume of the solid particles is below 4%.
3. The frequency of 50hz, the rated voltage is 380 volts, three-phase alternating current. 660v could be customized.
4. The pump cannot be exposed to the surface when it's running.
5. Immersion depth is less than 5 meters, and is 0.5 meter higher from the bottom of the water, keep the pump stand out of mud.
