PVC Foam Board Production Line is made and designed by our company through many years experience involving in manufacutrring PVC free foamed board production line and PVC Crust Foamed Board Production Line .PVC Foamed Board Prodcution Line has such characteristics as high surface hardness / good smoothness ,etc .

 Crusher (crushing the edge of board trimmed) → Miller (milling the scraps into powder → Mixer (mixing the main materials and additives) → SJSZ 80- 156 Twin Conical Screws Extruder → Mould → Calibration Table → Cooling Bracket → Hual-off Machine → Edge Cutting → Cutter → Stacker .

1, Final commissioning and training at buyer's factory.

2, The seller will send 2 or 3 engineers to make the final commissioning and training. All the charges (round air ticket charge, food, lodging and other local charges) have to be borne by the buyer.

3, US$ 100 for each engineer per day out of China should be paid by buyer

4, Both parties will negotiated the time for the final inspection and training according to the conditions between both sides.
